Inside RHOSLC newbie Monica Garcias modest $424k Utah ranch-style home as rival Angie Katsanevas

REAL Housewives of Salt Lake City star Monica Garcia is living in a $424,000 Utah ranch-style home, The U.S. Sun has exclusively learned.

Meanwhile, the newbie's rival, Angie Katsanevas, is living in a $1.2 million mansion, which was heavily featured on last week's RHOSLC episode.

Monica, 39, joined the cast as a friend of Angie's, but their friendship took a turn after the two got into multiple arguments this season.

The ex-Mormon is now threatening to sue the Greek reality star after Monica fell down stairs at Angie's house while attending her Easter party with the rest of the cast.

According to court papers, the children's clothing designer is living in her former marital home, which she once shared with her ex Mike.

The deed on the Kaysville, Utah, home shows that Monica's ex purchased the humble property in September 2016.

WINTER WONDERLAND

Angie, 49, was introduced to the cast in season three and became a full-time cast member in Season 4.

On the October 17 episode, the hair salon owner hosted an Easter luncheon at her modern home in Salt Lake City.

The U.S. Sun can reveal she and her husband, Shawn Trujillo, purchased their four-bedroom, three-bath home in February 2020.

The 2,712-square-foot property that went through a major renovation is now estimated to be worth $1.2 million.

Shielded with a full security system, Angie's spacious home has lots of floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light and allows for stunning views of the surrounding area.

SLIPPERY SLOPE

Jen Shah's former assistant is now threatening legal action against Angie after falling down her stairs.

The co-stars had a heated exchange on October 18.

Monica started by sharing photos of her bruised legs and wrote: "After falling down ANGIES stairs at Greek Easter because you had NO RAILING!!! Everyone saying I left my mom?? Yes.

"Yes I did and went straight to the hospital and she knew I fell down the stairs. My convo with her on the couch was after the fall."

She then went on to say that she has more receipts- "my X-rays, scans, and hospital bill" - and called the TV personality "disgusting" and "the biggest freaking a**hole."

Monica added: "You know damn well what happened. I left your house with bumps, bloody, and bruised!!! I should sue your a** for not having your home to code you f**k!"

Angie, for her part, slammed Monica for starting the rumor about her husband Shawn cheating on her and having affairs with gay men.

"Let’s start with the fact that you lied about my husband," the Bravo star tweeted.

She then brought up Monica's treatment of her mom in which the co-stars argued over whether her daughters were there or not.

Angie continued: "Production did you a favor. We don’t need to see stills to know you did this in front of your kids.

"Don’t forget you almost hit my two-year-old niece in the head with your shoe when you threw it. And STFU with your lies about Shawn."

SHOCKING PAST

Monica has been open about her past, including her divorce and affair with her brother-in-law.

The 18-month affair led to her being excommunicated by the Mormon Church.

After she revealed the truth to her bishop at the time, she said that she was immediately "shunned from everyone and literally unwelcome everywhere," and described it as "truly one of the worst experiences of my life."

The Housewives newbie is now in the middle of her second divorce from her ex-husband Mike, The U.S. Sun previously reported.

She initially filed for divorce in December 2013, but then filed to dismiss the case in May 2014.

She then re-filed for divorce in June 2023 and it's currently ongoing with certain documents being sealed from the public.

Monica appears to also be at war with her mom - the only parent who raised her since her father left when she was 4 years old.

Linda tweeted on October 19: "Monica begged me to do this reality show with her. Begged. I didn't want to do it. She told me all I had to do was cook and speak Portuguese. How did she return the favor?

"She did me dirty. Meanwhile, I would never compete with my only child--unless it's sports. I'm too smart to try to go up against Monica, she'd chew me up and spit me out."

She concluded: "Lastly, I never abandoned her. I always put her needs above my own, even in her adulthood. I'm not a perfect human but I *am* a devoted mother and Vóvó. God bless us everyone."
